As our kits come with detailed instructions, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that tests are done correctly, and the instructions are followed.  Failing to do this, will result in inconclusive results which Mould Lab will not be responsible for.

If this is something you require, please get in touch with us at info@mouldlab.co.uk and we can quote for this service.

Yes, we do offer the option to send our test kits internationally.

However, please note that return postage is not included and will be the responsibility of the client.

Additionally, depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties upon receiving your test kit. These duties are typically calculated based on the value of the kit itself, rather than your Mould Lab invoice, as most of your fee covers analysis and postage to our labs.
