Frequently Asked Questions

Invoices paid before 12 pm are sent via next day delivery.  Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider.  Orders are processed on business days only.

All orders are sent with detailed instructions, these have been written by the UKs Leading Environmental Hygienist.  If in doubt or you’re unsure of what to do, please always email us at info@mouldlab.co.uk and we’ll assist.

Mould Lab are responsible for the safe arrival of all orders.  If your order arrives damaged please email us at info@mouldlab.co.uk and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Mould Lab accepts full responsibility of samples when they are in transit to the laboratories.  If samples are lost/damaged we will send a replacement test for you to redo.

The laboratories we use are located in Europe and the USA.    Turnaround times are dependent on the laboratory processing times, details are in each item on our shop page.

As our kits come with detailed instructions, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that tests are done correctly and the instructions are followed.  Failing to do this, will result in inconclusive results which Mould Lab will not be responsible for.

Yes.  For an additional cost we are able to expediate the process to ensure results are received as soon as possible.  If this is something you require, please get in touch with us at info@mouldlab.co.uk and we can quote for this service.  As a rough guide, we expect a 50% increase in cost for this service.
